Biosafety Expert

The expert was a Board member of the National Biotechnology Authority for over ten years where he actively participated in giving legal advice and policy direction to the national Authority. The expert also assisted the Authority in drafting a number of Statutory Instruments since he is specialised in Legal Drafting. Furthermore, the expert drafted the National Biotechnology Authority Act which established the Authority. The expert attended various international meetings on Biosafety under the CBD on behalf of Government and later on behalf of his Organisation
